$4 hour, $2 hour for children

Municipal Marinas:

Grass Island, Cos Cob and Byram (across the street from the property)

Permits are $55 for the season plus fees based on boat size that vary from $170-$340

Town Parks:

Over 1,400 acres of parks are open to the public for picnicking, hiking, in-line skating, biking, etc., including Byram Park across the street from the property.
